Massage + Therapeutic Services
As a massage therapist, I help people alleviate chronic pain, improve range of motions, prevent future injuries and improve overall sense of well-being.
When we meet, I will do a postural assessment, listen to your needs and create a treatment plan, including simple Yoga stretches and exercises.
I use a variety of techniques during treatments: from simple Swedish massage strokes and kneading, to neuromuscular and fascial release.
As a member of NCBTMB, I stay current on treatment trends, developments in the massage therapy industry, as well as my continued education.
